About the T3 Tenerife Swim Camp

T3 is used by some of the world’s best teams, such as Loughborough Performance Centre and the Swedish National Team. T3 is around a 25-30 minute transfer from Tenerife South Airport, meaning you can get stuck in with training not long after arriving in the country. Flights from London airports to Tenerife South take around 4 hour 30 minutes.

Elite Training Facilities
The camp is held at the renowned T3 Tenerife Top Training facility, which features both 50m and 25m outdoor pools, a hydrodynamic swimming flume, and indoor/outdoor gyms, offering world-class training conditions.
Advanced Training and Stroke Analysis
Participants will benefit from stroke analysis using the hydrodynamic flume, as well as intensive swim and gym sessions designed to enhance both technique and strength.
Excursions and Relaxation
The itinerary includes a visit to the Siam Water Park and optional activities such as a guided jet ski tour or a boat excursion, giving participants the chance to unwind and explore the local area after their training.
